Ode to the L.A.P.D.

The man in the blue shirt totin' a star
Has a little, tiny d*ck and a shiny black car
On come the lights and he's struttin' his stuff
He has to call for backup 'cuz the ain't so tough
You have five beat a black man in "self-defense"
He paid society's toll at a great expense
This is one of a thousand just like today
For the trigger-happy mothers, the cops of L.A.
Where's Jack Webb when he's needed the most?
He's six feet under, sleeping with the compost
Good cop/bad cop, they all look the same
You're next in the crosshairs, no matter your name
So watch what you say or you may end up dead
A black stick to the teeth and a gun to your head
Ice-T spoke his piece and they shut him right up
Time-Warner is stuck to Big Brother's big butt
And old Charleton Heston with his roadkill toupee
Is a first amendment mocker for the N.R.A.
The Chili Peppers saw it, Ice-T did, too
You just can't get justice from the boys dressed in blue
When it's time to face the music, remember old Darryl
One spoiled apple can tarnish the barrel
So heed well this warning, you'll be wise if you do
When a civy pulls a camera, the cuffs go on you!
